With an average of more than twenty years of real life, hands on emergency care experience for each member of our team, you can be assured that your Critical Care, CPR, AED, First Aid , Medical Emergencies, Advanced Airway Training, Advanced Sedation, or Basic Life Support course will be reality based, exciting and most importantly a learning experience that you can draw from the day you actually need to use it! We pride ourselves on providing emergency medical training that will benefit you, your office, and your staff. We are based in Land O Lakes, FL and travel throughout Florida to meet you in your office or the location of your choosing.
Who We Are
Larry Manganello
Larry Manganello began Prevention Priority as a way to provide emergency training to those who needed it in Central Florida and beyond. Larry has worked in the medical field for over 33 years and continues to do so outside of the trainings that he performs.
Larry's Medical credentials include:
- Paramedic (EMT-P)
- Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified (AGACNP-BC)
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
- Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN)
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Registered Nurse (RN)

Continuing Education for Dental Offices
We are a Continuing Education Provider for the Florida Board of Dentistry!
This is an area of focus for us! Dentists who give sedation in the state of Florida must have biannual Airway and Medical Emergency Management training. We offer these training courses to dentist and orthodontists in the comfort of their own offices. Typically speaking, Dental Offices will pay for an out of town course in order to complete this requirement. Doing this incurs unnecessary costs such as travel, hotel, and meals, in addition to the course itself. Unfortunately, due to the costs, the staff is often not included in the training.
We have seen this dilemma for years, and have a solution. One of our many advantages is that we come to your office to provide the Airway and Medical Emergency Training. Included in our base price is 8 staff members. This is important to note, because often times, the staff will be present in a real life emergency! We save you time and money by coming right to you. No travel expenses, no having to close the office for multiple days, and real world hands on training you can count on.
